InvoiceKit Multi-Business Management and QueueCare Multi-Provider Booking Go Live

SmartKit’s July 21, 2026 update brings two major improvements into production: InvoiceKit now supports full multi-business management in the user interface, and QueueCare now includes a powerful multi-provider booking system for locations that need separate doctors, counters, departments, staff members, or service lanes.

This release also updates InvoiceKit’s public information coverage, expands QueueCare customization, and improves several interface details.

InvoiceKit Legal and Public Page Updates

InvoiceKit is now fully represented across SmartKit’s legal and public information pages.

The Privacy Policy now includes InvoiceKit in the platform tool list and adds a dedicated InvoiceKit Billing Data section covering workspace-isolated billing records, secure public links, delete controls, and privacy-safe admin visibility.

The Terms of Use now includes an InvoiceKit clause explaining that the tool is a self-service billing workspace, not an accounting, tax, or payment processing service. Users remain responsible for checking invoice accuracy and meeting their own VAT, GST, tax, and compliance requirements.

InvoiceKit has also been added to the About page as a tool card, and both /invoicekit and /queuecare have been added to the sitemap.

These updates were made without triggering a re-consent flow for existing users.

InvoiceKit Multi-Business Management

InvoiceKit now exposes its multi-business structure directly in the interface.

A new Businesses page lets users view all their businesses in a card grid, including currency, age, invoice count, and client count. From there, users can open, rename, delete, or create businesses.

The dashboard now includes a business switcher when more than one business exists, plus a direct Businesses button for faster access.

The old one-business limit has been removed. Users can now create additional businesses, and the newly created business becomes active automatically.

Secure Business Deletion

InvoiceKit business deletion now uses email OTP verification.

Deleting a business requires a 6-digit code with hashed storage, 15-minute expiry, 60-second rate limiting, and a 5-attempt cap. When confirmed, the system removes the business directory, public status links, and related business records.

This gives users stronger control over business cleanup while protecting against accidental or unauthorized deletion.

InvoiceKit SEO and Content Expansion

InvoiceKit now includes a richer shared content section across the dashboard and public landing page.

The new content block covers what InvoiceKit is, how to use it, practical use cases, key features, and frequently asked questions. This helps the landing page and signed-in experience explain the tool more clearly while supporting better search and AdSense-ready content depth.

QueueCare Multi-Provider Booking

QueueCare now supports optional multi-provider booking for each location.

This feature is off by default, so existing locations continue working exactly as before. When enabled, a location can create named providers using flexible labels such as Doctor, Counter, Department, or another business-specific term.

Each provider has its own record, status, specialty tag, order, and schedule settings.

Provider Management and Scheduling

A new Manage Providers page lets location owners create, edit, activate, deactivate, reorder, and configure providers.

Providers can inherit the location’s default hours or use their own custom schedule, including start time, end time, slot interval, seats per slot, daily limit, and break time.

Provider schedule details are now visible directly on the provider list, making setup easier to understand without opening every edit screen.

Provider-Based Staff Isolation

QueueCare now supports provider-bound staff device PINs.

A staff device can be bound to a specific provider, and that provider only sees their own queue. Unbound devices see only the no preference pool.

This isolation is enforced across the portal, live polling, and backend action endpoints. Cross-queue access is blocked, giving multi-provider locations stronger operational separation.

Public Booking With Provider Selection

The public booking page now includes provider selection when multi-provider mode is enabled.

Customers can choose a specific provider or select No preference. When No preference is selected, QueueCare shows the combined available slots across providers and automatically assigns the booking to a provider with availability for that time.

This gives customers flexibility while keeping slot calculations accurate per provider.

Queue Manager and Display Updates

The QueueCare manager view now includes provider visibility.

Managers can see the assigned provider in the appointment list, reassign customers when needed, and choose a provider when adding a walk-in.

Provider names also now appear on the TV display for Now Serving and Next Up, inside customer visit history, and in reports through a per-provider breakdown table.

QueueCare Booking Form Customizer

QueueCare now has a dedicated Booking Form editor.

Location owners can customize the public booking form subtitle, field labels, placeholders, phone and email visibility, required settings, provider prompt text, No preference text, and submit button text.

Custom questions have moved from Settings into this new editor, with add, delete, reorder, and required controls. Existing locations continue using fallback text, so no current setup is broken.

QueueCare UI and Polish Improvements

Several QueueCare interface improvements also went live.

Provider rows now support Up and Down reordering, and that order flows into the public booking dropdown. The provider add form now includes schedule fields, not only the edit form, making schedule setup more discoverable.

Modals for editing providers, adding walk-ins, and assigning customers now fit the screen better, scroll through the overlay, keep clean rounded corners, and keep the Save button accessible.

QueueCare also received a professional cleanup across its tool pages. Decorative icons were removed, icon-only buttons were converted to clear text labels, empty accent boxes were cleaned up, and visible em dashes inside QueueCare were replaced with cleaner punctuation.

This update makes InvoiceKit more practical for users managing multiple brands, and gives QueueCare a much more powerful booking engine for real multi-provider operations.
