SmartKit QueueCare is now live as part of the July 18, 2026 update.

QueueCare has launched as a universal queue, waitlist, and appointment engine.

Public Booking and Walk-In Support

Public booking can include standard fields such as name, phone, and email, plus custom intake fields like service type, department, reason for visit, notes, age, or customer ID.

Creators can configure working hours, slot intervals, seats per slot, break times, daily capacity, and how far ahead customers can book.

Role-Based Staff Portals

QueueCare separates daily work into clear roles.

Creators manage setup, branding, booking rules, reporting, and device PINs. Queue managers handle front-desk operations such as appointments, walk-ins, arrivals, cancellations, and customer profiles.

Service providers can view arrived customers, begin service, add notes or action plans, complete visits, and schedule follow-ups.

A display role is available for waiting-room screens, showing queue visibility without exposing internal controls.

Staff Device PIN Login

QueueCare includes a dedicated staff device login separate from the main SmartKit account login.

Staff can enter a manager, provider, or display PIN and automatically land in the correct portal. This helps businesses avoid shared owner passwords while still giving staff the access they need.

Customer Profiles and Visit History

Every booking or walk-in can create or reuse a customer profile.

Customer profiles store key details and build a visit timeline over time, including appointment records, arrival information, service status, notes, action plans, and follow-up context.

This turns QueueCare into more than a same-day queue board. It becomes a practical service history system for repeat customers.

Optional Email Verification and Anti-Spam Control

QueueCare supports optional email verification for public bookings.

Businesses that want more spam control can require verification before a booking is confirmed. Others can keep the flow faster when speed matters more than friction.

Mobile-Friendly Operations

QueueCare is designed for real phones, not only office desktops.
