SmartKit Security Guard Activated Across the Platform
SmartKit Security Guard is now live across the platform as part of the July 17, 2026 update.
This launch brings a new lightweight defense layer to SmartKit, protecting tools, portals, dashboards, and public forms in the background while keeping the user experience fast and simple.
A New Login Protection System
User accounts now have stronger protection against suspicious access attempts.
If a login attempt is detected from an unrecognized IP address or location, SmartKit temporarily pauses the account until the activity is verified through a secure email unlock link.
The unlock link is valid for 5 minutes, giving real users a quick way to confirm access while helping block unauthorized activity.
Early IP Blocking Before the Site Loads
SmartKit now includes pre-execution IP blocking.
Known malicious IPs, brute-force attackers, and botnet-style traffic can be stopped before the website fully loads. This helps reduce abuse earlier in the request cycle and protects platform resources more efficiently.
Invisible Anti-Bot Protection for Public Forms
Public forms and tools now have stronger anti-spam defenses without adding CAPTCHA friction.
Security Guard uses invisible honeypot fields, rapid-submission timing checks, and lightweight rate limiting to help detect automated submissions while keeping the experience smooth for real users.
Stronger Privacy Around Security Data
Security logs and rate-limiting structures are now locked down with stricter isolation logic.
This helps keep usage metrics and protection data private, while giving SmartKit a safer foundation for all tools and public workflows.
With Security Guard now activated, SmartKit has taken a major step forward in platform-wide protection, quietly strengthening every tool while keeping the experience clean for everyday users.
