InvoiceKit is a free, mobile-first invoicing tool that helps freelancers, small businesses, contractors, and service providers create professional invoices, quotations, and receipts in seconds, then track exactly who has paid and who still owes money. Instead of wrestling with a spreadsheet, retyping the same client and item details on every document, or paying a monthly subscription for features you rarely use, InvoiceKit gives you a clean, focused workspace that does the essential billing work and stays out of your way.

Everything is built around a simple idea: you should be able to go from "I finished the job" to "the invoice is in the client's inbox" in under a minute, from your phone if that is all you have on you. You add your business details and logo once, save the clients and items you bill for regularly, and from then on every new invoice is mostly filled in before you start. When a client pays, you record the payment, the balance updates instantly, and a receipt is ready to send. When you need to bill a new prospect, you can send a quotation first and convert it into an invoice with a single tap once they approve, without retyping a single line.

InvoiceKit is deliberately accurate about money. Every amount is stored internally as an exact whole number of the smallest currency unit (fils, cents, paise) rather than as a floating-point decimal, which means your taxes, discounts, and running balances never drift by a stray rounding error, even across partial payments and multi-line invoices. It supports multiple currencies with the correct number of decimal places for each, from two-decimal currencies like the dirham, dollar, and rupee to three-decimal currencies like the Kuwaiti dinar and zero-decimal currencies like the Japanese yen.

Accurate money, multi-currency, and tax-ready

Billing software that stores money as ordinary decimal numbers can quietly introduce rounding errors: a tax line that is off by one fils, a discount that does not quite add up, a balance that reads a cent short after a partial payment. Those small discrepancies are exactly the kind of thing that makes a client query an invoice or an accountant flag your books. InvoiceKit avoids the whole problem by treating every amount as an exact integer number of minor units and only converting to a human-readable decimal at the moment it is displayed. Add ten lines, apply a percentage discount, split the total across three payments, and the numbers still reconcile to the last unit.

Because the tool is currency-aware, it also knows how many decimal places each currency actually uses, so a total in Kuwaiti dinar is handled to three decimals while a total in Japanese yen is handled with none. You choose your default currency when you set up a business, and it flows through every invoice, quote, receipt, and export for that business. You remain responsible for confirming the tax rates and legal requirements that apply in your own country, but InvoiceKit gives you clean, correctly-calculated documents to work from.
