What is SignatureKit?

SignatureKit is a free, mobile-first email signature generator built into SmartKit that lets anyone create a clean, professional, branded email signature and install it in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail in minutes. You enter your name, title, company, contact details, and social links, choose one of three safe templates, add your logo and photo, pick an accent color, and see a live preview that is exactly what you copy. There is no design skill required and no risky HTML to hand-write.

What makes SignatureKit different from copy-and-paste HTML is that it produces conservative, email-client-safe HTML on purpose. Email clients are not web browsers, so SignatureKit builds table-based signatures with inline styles only, and never uses scripts, SVG, forms, or modern layout tricks that break in Outlook and Gmail. Every value you type is escaped and every generated signature is passed through a strict safety filter, so your signature stays clean, small, and compatible.

How it works

1. Pick a template

Start with Classic With Photo, Compact No Photo, or a Campaign banner. Each one is tuned to stay light and render correctly across email clients.

2. Enter your details

Add your name, job title, company, email, phone, website, WhatsApp, a booking link, and social profiles. Toggle any part on or off, and set your accent color and font.

3. Preview honestly

The live preview shows your signature on desktop, on mobile width, and on a dark background, with a health indicator that warns you if the signature is getting heavy or if a link is unsafe. What you see is exactly what you copy.

4. Copy and install

One click copies the formatted signature so you can paste it straight into your email signature box, and a built-in guide walks you through Gmail, Outlook Desktop, Outlook Web, and Apple Mail step by step. A plain-text version is generated automatically as a fallback.
