AssetTracker Available Inventory and Interactive Public Dashboards

SmartKit’s July 5, 2026 update improves AssetTracker inventory visibility, public dashboard usability, and multi-company workspace management.

New Available Inventory Tab

AssetTracker now includes a dedicated Available tab in the main navigation.

This gives teams a faster way to view stockroom-ready devices without mixing them with assigned or maintenance items. The Available view only shows devices that are ready to be deployed.

Device cards now also clearly show which Store each available device is currently sitting in, such as Available in Main IT Room.

Interactive Public Dashboards

The Public Master Dashboard is now fully interactive.

Clicking the top metric cards, including Total, Available, and Assigned, instantly filters the live inventory table below. This makes it easier for viewers to move from summary numbers to the exact device list they care about.

Clicking the Software Licenses metric now smoothly scrolls directly to the licensing section, helping users reach license information faster.

Dashboard share links have also been cleaned up by removing the .php extension for a more professional public URL.

Multi-Company Workspace Fix

We fixed an outdated live server configuration that was blocking the creation of multiple company workspaces.

Users can now create and manage unlimited workspaces from a single account without running into the Workspace already exists error.

This update makes AssetTracker faster to browse, cleaner to share, and more practical for teams managing multiple companies or stockroom inventories.
