Smart Forms Judging Mode for Online Competitions

Smart Forms now includes a powerful new Judging Mode built for online competitions, video submissions, exams, recitation contests, talent reviews, auditions, school activities, and any event where multiple judges need to score participant submissions privately and professionally. Form creators can enable Judging Mode from the form settings, create custom scoring criteria such as Tajweed, Accuracy, Voice, Presentation, Creativity, Delivery, Confidence, or Overall Score, set the maximum marks for each criterion, and choose how many judges will review the submissions. Each judge receives a private secure link, so they can open a mobile-friendly judging panel without needing access to the creator dashboard. The judge page shows one submission at a time with selected participant fields, uploaded videos or attachments, scoring inputs, optional notes, and smooth Previous, Next, and Save and Next controls. Navigation now stays in place without jumping to the top, disables Previous or Next when there are no more submissions, and shows a clear progress indicator like 1 of 3, 2 of 3, or 3 of 3. Creators can also choose exactly which form fields judges are allowed to see, making it useful for both open judging and controlled review workflows where privacy matters. On the Responses page, every submission now has a simple See judge result button that opens a clean popup with each judge marks, criteria breakdown, notes, status, and final score. Excel exports have also been upgraded so judge results are included in the same response sheet, with participant details, criteria-wise marks, judge totals, notes, completion status, and final judge score all available in one download. The Media Library has been moved out of the Responses page into its own dedicated page, keeping the responses table cleaner while still giving creators quick access to uploaded videos and files. This makes Smart Forms much more useful for Quran recitation competitions, school quiz reviews, online math contests, video-based assignments, award selections, interview scoring, internal evaluations, teacher reviews, community contests, and any workflow where organisers need a structured, fair, and easy way to collect submissions, assign judges, review media, score participants, compare results, and export final decisions for records or announcements.
