AttendTrack has launched as a policy-driven attendance and check-in system.

It is designed for organizations that need more than a simple QR scan or a single GPS point. Every check-in can carry evidence, context, and rule-based evaluation so managers can understand who checked in, where, when, and under which conditions.

The core idea is practical: location is evidence, not absolute truth. AttendTrack combines multiple signals instead of pretending one signal solves every attendance problem.

QR, GPS, Kiosk, and Field Check-Ins

AttendTrack supports several attendance methods for different environments.

Teams can use QR check-ins for offices, schools, clinics, events, and branch entry. GPS self check-in supports field staff and mobile teams. Stronger policies can combine QR plus GPS, or GPS plus notes and proof photos when extra context is needed.

Kiosk mode is built for shared-device check-ins at reception desks, school gates, clinics, event entrances, and other high-volume entry points.

Policy Rules Set by the Owner

Workspace owners can decide how attendance should work.

Rules can control who is allowed to check in, which locations are valid, what radius applies, which method is required, whether proof is needed, and how exceptions should be handled.

This means an organization can enforce strict office attendance rules while still allowing field teams to submit proof-backed mobile check-ins from changing locations.

Locations, Radius Rules, and Schedules

AttendTrack supports multiple real-world locations.

Owners can create attendance locations such as head offices, branches, warehouses, classrooms, event halls, school gates, or temporary client sites. Each location can have its own allowed radius and policy rules.

The system can also support schedule windows, late rules, grace periods, breaks, check-outs, and missed check-out handling, helping attendance reflect the whole day instead of only the arrival moment.

Evidence-Backed Attendance Records

Each check-in can include evidence such as server timestamp, GPS coordinates, GPS accuracy radius, distance from the assigned location, QR token validity, device trust, schedule window, check-in method, optional proof photo, risk score, and manager review status.

This creates a stronger attendance record for later review, disputes, reporting, or operational analysis.

Exception Requests and Manager Review

Real life does not always fit a perfect attendance rule, so AttendTrack includes structured exception handling.

Employees can submit correction or exception requests with a reason and optional proof. Managers can approve, reject, ask for more information, mark an exception as excused, or adjust a time while keeping the action visible in the record.

This replaces side conversations and informal fixes with a proper review workflow.

Audit Logs and Role-Based Access

AttendTrack keeps manual changes visible.

Every adjustment and exception decision can be written to an audit log, helping organizations see what changed, who changed it, and why.

The system also supports role-based access for owners, admins, HR, managers, supervisors, employees, field staff, reception operators, kiosk operators, viewers, and guests. Permissions are enforced on the server, not trusted from the browser.

Device Trust, Privacy, and Proof Protection

AttendTrack includes privacy-aware proof handling.

Device trust can help identify suspicious device switching, while optional proof photos can be required only where the policy demands it.

Sensitive proof such as location, notes, and photos is handled carefully, with protected access and retention-aware controls. The system is built to collect the proof needed for attendance without treating sensitive evidence as public content.

Offline Queue and Honest Sync

AttendTrack can support offline queue behavior for kiosks and mobile check-ins when network quality drops.

Pending check-ins can be stored temporarily and synced once the connection returns, but the system does not tell a user attendance is confirmed until the server actually confirms it.

That keeps the experience useful without creating false confirmation.

Dashboards, Reports, and Exports

Managers and admins get attendance visibility through live dashboards and reports.

Reports can cover daily attendance, user history, location-wise and team-wise records, late arrivals, missed check-outs, pending reviews, field visits, device usage, and method usage.

Attendance data can also be exported through CSV, printable HTML, or browser-saved PDF output for administration, HR workflows, school records, events, and long-term review.
