CertificateKit Upgrades Certificate Design, Campaigns, and Media Management

SmartKit Updates
August 14, 2026

CertificateKit has received a major upgrade across certificate creation, campaign setup, access-code delivery, and media management.

This update makes CertificateKit more flexible for designing certificates, easier to manage for campaigns, and more consistent with the shared SmartKit media system.

More Ways to Create Certificates

Users can now create certificates from gallery templates, start from a blank design, or upload their own certificate background.

This gives creators more control over how each certificate begins, whether they want a ready-made layout, a fully custom design, or an existing branded certificate file.

Editable Certificate Layers

The certificate builder now supports editable text, placeholders, logos, images, QR codes, and other design layers.

Creators can build more polished certificate layouts directly inside CertificateKit without needing to prepare every element outside the platform.

Smarter Campaign Access Codes

Campaigns now support access-code generation in a more powerful way.

Users can create codes manually or upload them through CSV, including participant names linked to each code.

This means a recipient can enter only their assigned code and automatically receive a certificate with their correct name already applied.

Smoother Certificate Generation Flow

The certificate generation experience now includes a clearer progress flow.

Users see each stage as the system prepares the certificate, verifies the request, processes the organization details, and completes the final certificate.

This makes certificate delivery feel more polished and gives users better feedback while the file is being prepared.

Shared SmartKit Image Library Support

CertificateKit now uses the shared SmartKit Image Library for certificate images, logos, and uploaded certificate designs.

Users can reuse previously uploaded images instead of uploading the same asset again, helping reduce duplicate files and keeping brand assets easier to manage.

Storage usage remains correctly assigned to the workspace owner, so quota tracking stays accurate across shared workspaces.

Cleaner Campaign Management

Campaign navigation and campaign card actions have been improved for a smoother management experience.

Shared workspace headers, menus, back buttons, CSV example files, and campaign code controls now feel more consistent across the tool.

Better Reliability Across Devices

This update also improves responsive layouts and certificate generation reliability across desktop and mobile.

Campaigns, code controls, design actions, and certificate delivery now work more cleanly across different screen sizes.

With these improvements, CertificateKit is now stronger for branded certificate design, bulk campaign delivery, reusable media, and professional certificate generation workflows.
