This update gives Smart Forms creators more control over what visitors see when a form is unavailable and adds stronger validation tools for collecting accurate phone and number data.

Custom Scheduling Messages

Forms scheduled for a future date, or forms that have already closed, can now display fully customized messages to visitors.

• Create separate Before Start Time and After End Time messages from Form Settings.
• Use the rich text editor to add bold text, italics, lists, images, and external links.
• Keep visitors informed with content that matches your brand, even while a form is not active.
• Scheduled and closed forms now display the custom message in a clean, mobile-friendly card with the global SmartKit header and footer.

Strict Digit Validation for Phone and Number Fields

Creators can now enforce exact digit requirements on Number and Mobile fields for cleaner, more reliable submissions.

• Configure Min Digits, Max Digits, or Exact Digits for any supported field.
• If a participant enters an invalid value, such as a 5-digit number where exactly 10 digits are required, SmartKit blocks submission and highlights the affected field with a clear localized error.
• Validation is enforced on both the frontend and backend, helping protect form data from invalid submissions.
• Mobile number validation works correctly with automatic international country-code formatting, validating the core phone number against the configured digit rules.

Reliability and Timezone Improvements

• Improved Form Settings autosave so rich text editor changes are captured and saved on every keystroke.
• The Saved at indicator in the Form Builder now displays in the user’s local browser timezone, making collaboration clearer for global teams.

These changes make form scheduling more professional and data collection more precise, while keeping the creation experience smooth for teams everywhere.
