Rich Text Forms and Redesigned Quiz Results

SmartKit Updates
June 23, 2026

This update gives creators more control over how their forms look, while making the public quiz results experience feel cleaner, more consistent, and more connected to the SmartKit platform.

Rich Text Formatting for Smart Forms

Smart Forms now supports native text formatting directly inside the Form Builder.

  • Apply bold, italic, and underline styling to Form Titles, Form Descriptions, Question Labels, and Question Descriptions.
  • A floating formatting toolbar appears automatically when text is selected, making it easy to apply styling without keyboard shortcuts.
  • The feature is built natively with contenteditable elements, with no heavy external plugins added to the builder.
  • The Form Builder remains fast while offering more polished and flexible content design options.

We also adjusted the layout of rich text question fields so they expand to the full available width while keeping the field type dropdown properly aligned on the right.

Public Quiz Results Now Match SmartKit

The standalone Public Quiz Results page has been integrated into the main SmartKit website theme for a more consistent experience.

  • Public results now include the global SmartKit navigation bar and footer.
  • The page inherits the Inter brand font for a unified visual identity.
  • The old heavy blue top section has been replaced with a clean floating card layout.
  • The redesigned card mirrors the modern, polished style used in the Registration Verification Portal.

Stability and Bug Fixes

This release also resolves several important builder and layout issues.

  • Fixed an issue where the literal word undefined could be saved as a form title or description during the transition from input fields to editable text elements.
  • Scanned and repaired existing forms affected by the undefined title or description issue.
  • Isolated results-page CSS classes to prevent generic class names, such as .container, from affecting and distorting the global site header.

These improvements make Smart Forms more expressive for creators and give participants a smoother, more polished results experience.
