Smart Forms Registration Codes, Option Syncing, and Cloning Fixes

SmartKit Updates
July 25, 2026

Smart Forms received a focused reliability and polish update on July 25, 2026.

This release strengthens registration code generation, fixes live quiz option syncing, improves form cloning accuracy, and gives the builder interface a cleaner aligned layout.

Cleaner Quiz Settings Alignment

The Form Builder quiz settings row has been refined for better visual consistency.

Dropdowns and number fields now share a more precise horizontal baseline, making quiz configuration feel cleaner and easier to scan while editing.

Stronger Registration Code Generation

Registration form codes are now generated with an additional real-time database validation loop.

This means Smart Forms now checks each generated code against existing records before finalizing it, preventing duplicate registration codes from being issued.

For creators using unique codes for participants, registrations, access, or verification workflows, this makes the code system much more dependable.

Real-Time Correct Answer Syncing

The Correct Answer dropdown in the Form Builder now updates instantly when multiple-choice option text is edited.

Previously, changing option text could leave the dropdown behind until the builder refreshed or reloaded. It now reflects live changes immediately, keeping quiz setup accurate while creators work.

More Complete Form Cloning

The form duplication engine has been audited and corrected.

A missing configuration parameter has been fixed so cloned forms now carry over every expected setting, including Hide Results Until Form is Closed.

This makes duplicated forms more reliable for creators who reuse templates across quizzes, surveys, registrations, classes, or repeated workflows.

This update keeps Smart Forms sharper where it matters most: unique codes stay unique, quiz setup stays in sync, and cloned forms behave like true copies.
