SmartKit Launches Analytics and Smart Storage Suite

SmartKit has launched a brand new Analytics and Smart Storage Suite, bringing account activity, tool usage, storage visibility, and file cleanup into one unified dashboard.

The new hub is available from the left navigation sidebar and at /analytics, giving users a clearer way to understand how their SmartKit account is being used across the platform.

Unified SmartKit Metrics

The Analytics dashboard now gives users an instant overview of their SmartKit activity through clean summary cards.

Users can quickly see total short links, all-time link clicks, Smart Forms created, total form submissions, Tasbih Zikr counts, and current storage quota usage from one place.

This makes it easier to understand overall platform activity without opening each tool separately.

Tool Performance Across SmartKit

The new dashboard brings tool-level activity tracking into a single view.

Each supported tool now appears as its own performance card, showing whether it is active or unused, total records, and key usage statistics.

Every card also includes a direct access button, so users can jump into the related tool with one click.

The Analytics Suite covers major SmartKit tools including Shortener and Links, Smart Forms, Tasbih Counter, Timers and Countdowns, Live Events, Live Scoring, Prayer Board, Slow Downloader, Bio Page Builder, CertificateKit, InvoiceKit, Election Voting, Attendance Tracker, SpinPick Giveaway, Novapad Notes, TicketDesk, Secret Notes and Signatures, and TypeSpeed Test.

Smart Storage Overview

Smart Storage gives users clearer visibility into how their account storage is being used.

Storage is now automatically grouped into useful categories such as Form Uploads, File Share, Media Gallery and Image Library, Profile Uploads, Slow Downloader, and Chat Uploads.

This helps users identify where storage is going and which areas can be cleaned up when they need more space.

Interactive File Management

Each storage category now includes a Manage Files action.

Clicking it opens an interactive file drawer where users can review exact file names, upload dates, file sizes, and related context information.

Files can be deleted with a single click to free up storage instantly while keeping the related data records intact wherever possible.

Built for Light and Dark Mode

The Analytics page is built with SmartKit design system tokens, so it adapts cleanly to both light display mode and dark display mode.

This keeps the page readable and consistent across different viewing environments.

Mobile-Friendly From the Start

The full Analytics and Smart Storage experience is responsive across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Auto-fit grids, touch-friendly controls, and mobile-ready file drawers make the dashboard easy to use even on smaller screens.
