TicketDesk Form Reordering, AssetTracker Counters, and DailyCopy Fixes

SmartKit’s July 8, 2026 update improves form editing in TicketDesk, adds clearer directory counts in AssetTracker, completes a secure employee email update, and fixes important DailyCopy server issues.

TicketDesk Form Builder Enhancements

TicketDesk custom forms are now easier to organize.

The Custom Form editor now includes Move Up and Move Down buttons, allowing admins to reorder questions quickly without rebuilding the form from scratch.

We also cleaned up navigation by removing the redundant global Back button from the top of dashboard pages, reducing duplicate back links and keeping the interface simpler.

AssetTracker Directory Counters

AssetTracker directory pages now show live item counts directly in the page title.

Employees, Devices, Sites, Stores, Licenses, SIM Cards, and Available Devices now display totals such as Employees Directory (61), making it easier to understand the size of each section at a glance.

Employee Email Data Processing

A 9-page employee record PDF containing 136 records and licenses was processed for the Greenline workspace.

A custom matching system safely cross-referenced names from the PDF against the 61 existing employees in the workspace. Matched employee emails were then bulk-updated in the live database without overwriting existing data or creating duplicate records.

This improves employee profile completeness while keeping the update controlled and data-safe.

DailyCopy Server Fixes

DailyCopy received two reliability fixes.

We fixed an internal data pathing issue where DailyCopy was looking for user data inside the web root instead of the secure data/ folder. User tables now load properly.

We also corrected a database table typo involving public_users, which was causing background queries to crash when fetching user emails.

This update keeps SmartKit’s tools smoother, more accurate, and easier to manage across support workflows, asset records, and daily operations.
